Actual Cost vs Influence on Cost:


Phase 1 | Front End

Whilst the Front end services phase makes up a small portion of the overall project cost, considerations made at this point most greatly influence the final outcome.

Phase 2 | Design & Development

As we move into the Design & Development phase, the costs required to complete the project remain small, however as above, the ability to influence the overall project costs still remains significant.

Phase 3 | Design & Development

By the time we get to the Construction & Delivery phase, where the costs to complete the project are the most significant, there is little that can be done at this stage to influence the overall project cost.

Therefore, it is critical to align client objectives and budget in Phase 1 by involving the builder upfront, create the right design for the client in Phase 2 and then deliver a final outcome in Phase 3. By dedicating the adequate amount of time and planning upfront, the client can reduce overall project risks and costs.
