Our TalentsFlexible working practicesWe acknowledge the fundamental fact that we are only as good as the people we employ and the company we keep. We recognise that we simply would not exist without our people. In an industry where long hours are commonplace, it is inevitable that family life can be negatively impacted. We endeavour to provide a framework and working relationship with our staff so that they might achieve the balance they need, between their work and their personal endeavours. Tantamount to achieving our goals of flexible working practices we hope for our staff to feel confident that they are working in a secure, safe and healthy environment, where they feel supported and encouraged to achieve the life they desire, both career orientated as well as their life away from work. Whilst this is a difficult goal to achieve, working towards this end is a key focus for us.
